Sessions are a gateway for me to see where you are at and where you are going. Every session is different as every couple is different! I welcome the opportunity to work with you towards building mindfulness and intimacy together.

Couples Session 1 is 1.5 hours: 20 minutes of Tantra Reading | Intimacy Coaching | Spiritual Counseling, 5-10 minutes of connective breathwork and the rest to teach one of you the Tantra choreography while you practice bodywork on your partner. This is 4 hands as I demonstrate and help you connect with your partner on a physical and energetic level.
AWAKEN your Kundalini/sensual energy and breathe new life into your world with Tantra Session One AWAKEN! Feel yourself alive again as you open a part of you that has been sleeping, in this deeply soothing and relaxing session. Session 1 will gently awaken the Kundalini and energize your Chakras. Kundalini is a sacred and vital, sensual energy. When tapped into, it will cleanse and balance the Chakras, the energy centers of the body, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed - from the inside out.
Through energetic choreography and meditative guidance, into the purifying Tantric breath, session 1 will help cleanse and balance the energy of the body, moving out the energetic blockages that are holding you back in your life. This session differs from Session 1 in that it has advanced breathwork and Yoga posturing.

In Session 2 you CREATE more awareness of your body as you learn to further connect through advanced breathing techniques. Simple, yet enlivening, postures keep your energy activated and powerful in your everyday life!
As you become more engaged in your breath, and the conscious movements of your body, you will learn to gain calm control over yourself and your experiences, as well as figure out what it is that you are truly passionate about in your life. Session 3 utilizes the key elements of Sessions 1 and 2 and moves to a very comfortable, cushioned, surface on the floor. Feel the lingering energy of your Tantrica, as she skillfully glides her energy around yours, magnificently stirring your Kundalini, exquisitely and powerfully with compelling and unique techniques to this session, leaving you feeling completely nourished and ADORED.
Feel the natural rhythms of your body as you submerse into total relaxation, through the essence of your Tantrica, as she works closer to you and the greater consciousness of your being.
